Most liquor permit holders demonstrate some concern over losing their permit. As demonstrated in this section, Peter Carroll and the Ohio Renaissance Festival Inc. seem to have absolutely no fear of losing their permit. Before we started to examine the goings on at the Ohio Renaissance Festival, we did question why it was that ORF Inc. so flagrantly ignored liquor laws. As the protest gathered research, we have come to the belief it is because nobody is enforcing the laws of the land on the multi-millionaire owner of the Ohio Renaissance Festival. |
