As usual, I made a good faith effort to verify the following information is true.  Now that I know Peter J. Carroll and the Ohio Renaissance is represented by council, I sent it to his office.  As he doesn’t respond to my emails, I sent it to the Ohio Renaissance Festival’s office as well.

Neither the lawyer representing the Ohio Renaissance Festival Inc. / Peter J. Carroll nor the office of the Ohio Renaissance Festival Inc. has bothered to deny or even reply to this information, so my good faith efforts at establishing the truth seem to have fallen once again on deaf ears.  Here is the information.

I am advised that Peter Carroll and / or the Ohio Renaissance Festival Inc. doesn’t bother to display in a common area all of the posters required by law for employers to display.  It seems he does not want employees to be aware of their rights under the law.  Why else would an incorporation risk State and Federal Government fines and punishments for ignoring the laws concerning this information.
