Rule 24 - Tents and other membrane structures
2403.2 – Approval required
Tents larger than 200 square feet are routinely used at the Ohio Renaissance Festival. I am in contact with one former merchant who claims she was never informed that a tent of this relatively small size requiredd a permit. Often times tents are located right next to buildings.
