Threats have been made by ORF Inc. Staff

Nothing says Cover Up like the threats reportedly being made by ORF Inc. management staff Dan Roth.  Reportedly the rules have been spelled out to merchants and business owners; take a picture or otherwise document suspected violations of code and law at the Ohio Renaissance Festival and you will be immediately removed from the property.  We believe the report of these threats because my husband reported problems, was threatened by Marietta Marcin, went ahead and photographed those problems and was ordered off the property.  Our $20,000.00 building was taken without compensation and our property was destroyed.  Dan Roth later replaced Marietta Marcin as Craft Coordinator, a position which we feel should really be called “The Enforcer”.

Almost a million dollars is being transferred from ORF Inc. to Harveysburgh, OH

At just about the same time Peter Carroll entered into an agreement to transfer almost a million dollars from the Ohio Renaissance Festival to Harveysburg, OH (population some 500 to 600 people), almost al county records of new construction ended.  The time was 1996 / 1997.  Now, twelve years later the Deputy County Auditor hangs up the phone when we call and point to a problem in the records which determine how much real property tax this property owes.
