Take Pictures and Loose your Job and your building - This is the threat reportedly being conveyed by ORF Inc. management Dan Roth to merchants / building owners this past weekend. I believe it because shortly after I complained about a few issues I was seen taking photos. I was ordered off the property, my building taken without compensation, and my property destroyed. The building alone was loss of some $20,000.00

Just so you will know what type of people we are dealing with here, Dan Roth is the father of disabled young man and much of people would like to document are the horrible violations to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Not only is this man working for an incorporation which does not respect his son’s civil rights, he is reportedly now acting as that incorporation’s strong arm. In a criminal enterprise, I believe this would be called an “enforcer”. In fact, this report has caused us to believe we are in fact speaking about a criminal organization.

The purpose to photographing these violations is to inform the appropriate state and federal agencies concerning the many suspected violations of law. We believe threatening a person to prevent them from participating in this process is a violation of federal and state law. We believe ordering a person to threaten these people constitutes a criminal conspiracy.

If this report is true and accurate, we believe Dan Roth and Peter Carroll could both be prosecuted criminally under State and Federal laws. The following is only one of those which seem to apply to Dan Roth in this matter:

Ohio Revised Code section 2921.32 Obstructing justice.

(A) No person, with purpose to hinder the discovery, apprehension, prosecution, conviction, or punishment of another for crime or to assist another to benefit from the commission of a crime, and no person, with purpose to hinder the discovery, apprehension, prosecution, adjudication as a delinquent child, or disposition of a child for an act that if committed by an adult would be a crime or to assist a child to benefit from the commission of an act that if committed by an adult would be a crime, shall do any of the following:

(4) Destroy or conceal physical evidence of the crime or act, or induce any person to withhold testimony or information or to elude legal process summoning the person to testify or supply evidence;

(6) Prevent or obstruct any person, by means of force, intimidation, or deception, from performing any act to aid in the discovery, apprehension, or prosecution of the other person or child.

The punishment seems to be based on the crime(s) that were being covered up.  In the case of Dan Roth, as the report is that his threat was made covering any photographs of any of the many suspected violations, it seems he might be found guilty of a felony.  This is especially the case when we consider the fact that reports state he was very clear that he EPA and other agencies would be inspecting the Ohio Renaissance Festival grounds shortly.

If you are reading Dan, we urge you to contact an attorney outside of Warren County and see if you are not at risk of prosecution.  If we are not mistaken, it is illegal to cause false records to be kept concerning property taxes and that is exactly what we believe has been going on since 1996 when that near multi million dollar agreement was struck with Harveysburg, OH.  If we are not mistaking, commercial burning of trash is illegal in the State of Ohio.  Dan, please call a lawyer immediately.
