I think one visit from a health inspector outside of the financial reach of Peter Carroll’s great financial resources would result in the identification of many violations and threats to the public health. In fact, it has only been since this and other protest sites appeared that the Ohio Renaissance Festival started to make changes. When we contact them privately about violations, they do nothing. When we point to the violations publicly, well they make changes. What about the problems we have not yet pointed out? I think it is rather clear that the food services manger is incompetent. Why else would it take a public protest to identify health / food code violations? I think the local municipality is in Peter Carroll’s pocket. Again, why else would it take a protest site to identify health / food code violations?
I demand an inspection of not only their current conduct with respects to food services, but a review of the many years prior to this protest. I demand this inspection be conducted by an outside agency, one which is beyond the reach of the Peter Carrolls great financial reach. Membership Required - Talking Points / Forum - Code Violations |
