Tax Issues
Have you ever heard someone one tell you that the rich pay no taxes?  Although I am sure multi millionaire Peter Carroll pays taxes, I am no longer sure he is paying his fair share (pardon the pun) and I am wondering if perhaps he is not paying his legal share.
